Admission Procedure

The College aims to make its application process as simple and easy as possible for all students. The students contemplating to admit themselves must follow the following processes:

Important Note: As our campus is located in a listed building, due to practical reasons we are unfortunately unable to accept students with a physical impairment. 

Step One: Choose a course


Student must choose a course that suits his/her your needs, and check to see if that meet the entry conditions and convince the college admission officer of students' genuine intention to study

Step Two: Applying


Complete an admission application form and submit to college with following documents

  • Passport (for overseas students)
  • Photographs (Passport size)
  • Documents of previous qualifications


Step Three: Initial Assessment


The college will do an Initial assessment on the application to check the following issues

  • Students previous academic qualifications against the course pre requisites for their intended programme they applied
  • UK NARIC equivalency check for overseas qualifications
  • Students English Level is appropriate to pursue their proposed course of study.


Step Four: English Standard


The College will ensure the expected Level of English standards. The courses at level 4 and 5 the candidates must have the overall IELTS composite band of 4.5 with minimum of 4.0 bands in each component. The Level 7 candidates must require the overall band of 5.5 in IELTS with 5.5 bands in each element.

Step Five: Academic Requirement


The college will look into the students' academic requirements according to the following criteria

  • Standard Entry Requirements
    • 'A/S and A 2 ' Level standard, or overseas UK equivalent of Higher Secondary standards
    • Any other Ofqual approved UK Level 3 QCF qualification, or equivalent-
  • UK recognized University Degree or Any other Ofqual approved UK Level 6 QCF qualification, or equivalent (For Level 7 Programmes
  • Mature Student Entry Route: Learners who aged 21 and above with suitable minimum 03 years work experience (05 years senior Management Level experience for Level 7 in the relevant industry /sector. (Distinct Roles and responsibilities should be furnished with the experience letter from Employer for college initial assessment).


Step Six: Conditional Offer


Once the college have confirmed the students' Academic and English standards and are convinced of students intention they will issue the conditional offer letter to students.


Step Seven: Acceptance of Offer


As soon as getting the conditional offer the student must decide on to accept that and inform the college accordingly. The students must provide evidence that they have sufficient funds to cover both course fees and living expenses (maintenance) while in the UK. Then the students will make the course fees as per to the amount mentioned in their conditional to the college nominated bank account. The actual application process will not be concluded until they have returned the duly completed the offer of acceptance along with the proof of the fees paid into the college bank account.


Step Eight: Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)


After the acknowledgement of signed acceptance from the students and their fee confirmation from the accounts department the authorized user will issue the CAS for student as per to tier 4 and sponsor guidance.

Students could lodge their visa applications at their respective British Ports for their Student Entry Clearance or at the UKBA for their extension of Leave to remain as a student. The college will send the pre Departure Guidance and Post Arrival pack to them.


Step Nine: Starting the course


Once the student confirm their place; the college will send course title, course details, start date and expected date of completion and the details of enrolment. Then the student should enrolled themselves and be prepared to attend classes regularly achieving a minimum of 80% and never missing more than 10 consecutive contacts. The students also need to comply with all UKBA regulations of their visas; in particular they must not exceed any work entitlement they are entitled.
